Down time... What is that?

Well I may have a new baby brother but that does not mean it is time for a break.
I have lots to show him!
I also don't mind borrowing his pacifier every once in a while.  It reminds me of the good old days when I was a baby.
Here Corbin is at his first zoo story time.
The book that day was about dinosaurs!
They brought our a bearded dragon for us to touch.
My buddy Colby was also at the zoo and we fed the birds together.
We also had to go on a train ride!
Grandma La La enjoyed the ride with us.
I'm not sure if Corbin did because I think he slept the whole ride.
There was also a big snake to touch! I like all the animals.
Grandma La La and I also fed the giraffe.  Look at it's long tounge.
 Corbin, chillin in his bouncy.
 LaLa and I made cookies!
She let me lick the beater!
 It was really tasty!

After we baked the cookies then we had to frost them.
I may have sampled a little of the frosting... or a lot.
Corbin was too little to try any of that so he was just hanging out in his swing.

We stopped by the Greek festival the other night and I got to bounce!
They had 3 different bounce houses.  It was great!
At home sometimes I try to entertain Corbin.
I like to hold his little hands and tell him he is cute!
We have had a lot of visitors lately.  My great Aunt Tiny and Uncle Wayne stopped in all the way from Minnesota.  They are enjoying the Florida sunshine.
 A rare family pic!
Grandma LaLa's 2nd cousin Jan stopped in for a visit too!  Everyone likes to hold baby Corbin and hear me talk about him.
Corbin got some cuddles in with LaLa while I was napping.
Mom and Dad bought a new ottoman and LaLa and I took the box and made a play house!
It's a little crowded in my room but we are creating a masterpiece!
Even my baby doll loves it.
Took a break from the playhouse to do gymnastics.  Mom and Corbin watched from the window.
Back to work, this box has 4 sides!
Peek-a-boo!  There is a window on this side and nemo!

I may be getting a little into my work.  I got paint on my face and hair this day and had to get a bath.  Oh well, I like baths.
Corbin was tucker out and relaxing on Daddy.
 Good night!

Welcome Corbin Patrick Daniels

My baby brother Corbin Patrick as finally arrived!  It is very exciting.

Corbin was born on February 7th, 2012, at 8:35pm.  He was 6 lbs 2 oz and 18 1/2 inches long.
I really like having a baby brother.  I get to show him all kinds of things.
While Mom and Corbin were in the hospital, I got some good one on one time with Grandpa Kary.
Corbin made it just in time to meet Grandpa Kary before he went back to Oregon.
Here he is ready to head home from the hospital.
Before we brought him home from the hospital, I made sure to count all his toes.  They are so little!
He likes my old crib.  Grandma Pat got him a seahorse for Christmas just like the one I have.  I hope he likes it as much as I like mine.
Grandma La La arrived as Grandpa Kary left to help with our new family member.  We have been keeping her very busy!

Waiting on Baby brother

January was filled with days at the beach and getting things all set for baby brother!
I love playing in the water with Daddy! Whenever we go to the beach Mommy has to be sure to pack an extra set of clothes for me because I just can't resist putting my toes in the surf.
I have also had the task this month of helping Mom get things set for Baby brother.  He is supposed to be arriving soon so I am working hard testing out all the baby stuff to make sure it is safe.
I have also made several trips to the zoo!  Here I am on the train with my backpack full of essentials like snacks and diapers.  (Still have not yet mastered the potty)
I have also been making new friends.  My buddy Colby and I love meeting up at the zoo and the library for story times.  We can usually convince our Moms to take us around the zoo after story time.
I've been exploring new playgrounds too!  This one had really high slides and a lookout tower!
For Christmas Mom and Dad got me an easel and I have created several masterpieces!
Colby has an Escalade and he took me for a ride!
We found a new beach that we could take Jack to.  That day the weather was really hot and everyone had their feet in the water.
I'm even learning how to take care of the animals at the zoo.  It's nice that it is only about 5 minutes form our apartment!

                                                        Peek-a-boo!  It is Turtle Parker!

Near the end of this month Mom was told she had to stay off her feet so she did that while Dad and I played on the beach.

Grandpa Kary showed up on the 29th to help keep me entertained so Mom could follow the doctors order of being off her feet as much as possible.  I have been sure to keep him busy!
We build a new tower almost every day.
He is my buddy and I like seeing everything he is doing!
Daddy is also good at helping me get my energy out!
He is my own personal climbing structure.
I took Grandpa to gymnastics on Wednesday and he got to experience chasing me around the gym.

Yesterday at zoo story time it was about a turtle!
We got to meet an African hing-back turtle named Harvey.
Then we went and looked at the touch pool with horseshoe crabs, hermit crabs and sea snails.

Mom says she has got several request from friends of the blog for a belly shot so she took one today.  38 weeks and 2 days.  Hopefully baby brother will make his appearance very soon!  I can't wait to meet him.  (For those of you waiting on Christmas blog posts, they are a work in progress.  I had a lot of pictures to sort through.)
